Job Description :

• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.

• Follow up on submission status and documentations on projects.

• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

• Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers.

• Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with.

• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  

Requirements :

• Experience in Renovation Coordination at least 1 year

• High profit sharing & attractive allowance provided

• In-house Leads provided
