- Take instruction from/assist reporting to superior.
- Produce sketch drawings.
- Set design criteria , check design calculation and drawings.
- Assist in technical proposals.
- Check documentation complies with design criteria/Client brief/Approved concept/Standard.
- Liaise/attend clients, architects and site meetings.
- Maintain and check for completeness record, etc.
- Resolve any technical problems faced during the project design and/or construction stages.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by Director.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Candidate must possess a least bachelor's degree/post graduate diplima/professional degree in Engineering Mechanical or equvalent.
- Relevant project experience in HVAC/ACMV/MEP system both in design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of M&E installation, current practices, code and authorities requirement.
- Knowledge in ACMV product R&D preferred.
- Knowledge in Auto Cad and BIM preferred.
