Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Intern (Part-time/Full-time) to assist our team with everyday troubleshooting and configuration tasks. This role involves providing on-site technical support for staff, coordinating device repairs (e.g., Apple Store visits), and addressing routine issues at our retail locations.

Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve basic IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Assist with routine tasks such as device reboots, marketing screen troubleshooting, and system configurations.
Support staff with account setups, password resets, and other common IT needs.
Bring devices to repair centers and ensure their timely return.
Maintain IT asset inventory and provide documentation.

Requirements:

Ability to commit 3-6 months.
Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and basic networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
