HR Associate Part Time

Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Associate to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including professional networks and employee referrals.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Stay updated on trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
