Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Associate to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including professional networks and employee referrals.
Schedule and conduct initial interviews, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage the candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Stay updated on trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
