Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Job Description
As a Sales Executive , you will drive business growth by developing new clients and strengthening relationships with existing partners.Responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities and clients.
- Market and promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals with precision.
- Conduct swift follow-ups and effective negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise : Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry is preferred.
- Tech Proficiency : Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Own Transport : Possess a personal vehicle for client visits.
- Effective Communicator : Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-Driven : Motivated and results-oriented individual.
Additional Information
- Workplace : 7 Airline Road, Cargo Agents Building E, #01-03, Singapore 819834.
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 7:30 pm (5-day work week).

Leave Policy :12 days of annual leave (increases to 14 days after 6 years).
Medical leave: 14 days per year, hospital leave: 46 days per year.

Medical Benefits :Medical claims up to $400 annually after probation.
**Claims and benefits are not applicable during probation.
- Attendance Incentives : $100 monthly for no MCs, urgent leaves, or lateness.
