- Develop event marketing campaigns and communication plans to recruit members particpation
- Manage the event sponsors, partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site operations during events.
- Review performance metrics and post-event feedback from all stakeholders to determine areas of improvement for future events.
- Provide general administrative support
- Works with finance to assist with invoicing
- Diploma Holder, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Creative-minded with meticulous eye for detail.
- Organised, hands-on, enjoys coordination and execution.
- Strong event production, project management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage workloads to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in virtual events execution is an advantage.
