Position Overview: As an Events Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of photo booth services at various events. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing on-site operations, and providing excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Event Planning:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate logistics, including equipment setup, transportation, and venue coordination.
• Create detailed event timelines and operational plans.
• On-Site Operations:
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of photo booth equipment at events.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the photo booth are functioning correctly.
• Manage a team of on-site staff, providing guidance and support.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events.
• Customer Service:
• Interact with clients and event attendees to ensure a positive experience.
• Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide assistance and guidance to individuals using the photo booth.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor the quality of photos and prints to ensure they meet company standards.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to prevent technical issues.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of event details, including setup and breakdown times, technical specifications, and client preferences.
• Prepare post-event reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote photo booth services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve operational processes.

• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required for this role.
