Mummys Market serves, engages, and educates 90% of the local parents' population in Singapore, from the onset of pregnancy and beyond. Within the baby fairs, 80% of the total baby products' distributors participate in our fairs, with clients ranging from SMEs to MNCs, including Nestle, Friesland Campina, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, NTUC Fairprice, Dairy Farm Group, Glaxosmithkline, Sony, hospitals and government agencies.

Job Summary: The Event Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing all operational aspects of Mummy's Market events in Singapore. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on management, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in pre-planning, set-up/teardown and onsite management for events.
Provides administrative support for operations
Ensure proper documentation, maintain / update records accordingly
Responsible for accurate listing of deals for e-commerce website and backend POS system
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Conducting periodic audits for operational matters
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Good written and oral communication skills
Well organized and attention to details
Ability to multitask
Good team player
Savvy with Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with baby/parenting events or trade shows
