We are a leading logistics and transportation company specializing in haulage services, committed to providing efficient and reliable solutions to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive Intern to support our finance team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in processing supplier invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Maintain and update records of all payments, invoices, and related documents.
Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to verify goods and services received.
Support in preparing monthly reports on accounts payable status and cash flow.
Assist in responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and other concerns.
Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with Quick Books is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
