About Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to work on new complex solutions for public sector, semi-government, and private sector clients from the Middle East.

Your impact

• Define standards, objectives, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in technical design and implementation
• Balance project infrastructure with software development patterns
• Collaborate with PO/BAs to translate requirements into software architecture and design
• Lead the implementation of architecture within project teams by supporting the team with your knowledge and implementation ideas
• Act as the technical solution owner in up-sale activities
• Design and evolve large-scale data-driven solutions
• Guide the development team on technical aspects and justify architectural decisions
• Lead solution implementation from project requirements to "go-live."
• Ensure compatibility of solutions with enterprise architecture
• Conduct architectural reviews to maintain development standards
• Create and present detailed solution architecture documentation to customers and project teams
• Continuously research emerging technologies and participate in knowledge-sharing and training programs
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience in designing software solutions and system development using Agile methodologies
• Is competent in state-of-art architectural patterns inline with the latest industry trends
• Has a background in working on a large-scale projects with microservice architecture
• Has experience in both: starting a brand new project, and entering an existing project to optimize it
• Has the capability of interoperating between multiple projects running at the same time
• Has experience working with teams of minimum 10 specialists
• Is ready to support our solution research needed in pre-sales activities to facilitate technical decisions driving our offerings to the clients
• Has outstanding communication skills and can speak English at least on B2 level. Proficiency in Arabic is a big plus.
