About Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the team that creates new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

Your impact

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives
• Create and document data models, processes, and methodologies
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and data analysis tools and techniques

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
• Experience with data manipulation and ETL processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or analytics are a plus
