Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to create an exceptional entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Director - Construction to lead our large-scale construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your strategic oversight and leadership will be essential in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with various stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire construction process for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
• Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any construction-related issues.
• Foster a culture of safety and innovation within the construction teams, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular updates to senior management, detailing project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a strong track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project success from inception to completion.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in the Middle East construction landscape is a plus.
