Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all phases of project delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding milestones, budget adherence, and potential risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental agencies, community leaders, and investors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within project teams, promoting best practices and lessons learned.
• Manage disputes, issues, and conflicts, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining project momentum.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
