Implementation Management function is needed to manage the Project implementation services, effectively, and efficiently while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice. The Lead Implementation manager should have a hybrid mentality when delivering the project. He/she adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to group, legal & financial directives, global & local Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), information/product security & privacy, and using relevant processes & tools. He/she ensures that the implementation of projects is completed by managing the field team, interfacing with the customer technically, handling ASPs (Approved Services Provider), ordering material, reporting to the customer project manager for project delivery in accordance with Ericsson instructions, quality requirements and within project cost, time, quality, and scope.
What you will do

• Manage and drive Project Implementation execution end of end, and act as Lead Implementation Manger, insuring timely completion of all Project deliverables with proper scope and quality
• Define the scope of implementation and build a detailed time plan in agreement with Customer and Project Manager
• Manage and coordinate Sub-contractors work and activities
• Manage quality assurance within the implementation rollout
• Ensuring EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) is followed strictly.
• Manage Implementation budget and control Purchase Orders with Sub-Contractors
• Plan and Follow up all Execution dependencies and demands
• Managing the Execution activities with all stakeholders
• Plan and Manage Implementation Team.
• Arrange with the optimization team for drive/walk test and acceptance
• Plan and secure deliverables acceptance from first attempt.
• Manage Project deliverables handover to Customer and Operations

Qualification requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical /Communication)
• Ericsson knowledge and experience is plus
• Experience with Saudi Telecom Operators (STC, Mobily and Zain) is plus
• PMP is a plus
• Fluency in English language is a must
• Minimum 7+ years of experience (3+ in Telecom/Communication sector)
• Technical Domain-experience: RAN (Radio Access Network), TRM (Transmission), IBS (In Building Solutions)
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities to cope up with implementation issues
