JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Delivery Director - Utilities to lead and oversee the delivery of utility-focused programs and projects as part of our mission to enhance social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the overall execution of utility projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of utility projects including water, wastewater, and electricity services.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate project success.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
• Monitor project performance and ensure that all deliverables meet the requisite quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to optimize resource allocation and program efficiency.
• Regularly report on project status, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the utilities sector.
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale utility projects, particularly in water, wastewater, and electrical sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of utility project regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.
