Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence.
• Monitor construction activities and document progress, issues, and discrepancies.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide recommendations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to protect workers and the public.
• Assist in resolving any on-site disputes related to construction methods or materials.
• Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on inspection findings.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze project plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional certifications related to construction inspection are preferred.
