Client Relations Management Team Lead

Position Overview:
FMT Logistics Services is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Relations Management Team Lead to oversee and enhance customer service operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team focused on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1.**Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet departmental goals.
- Foster a client-focused culture within the team by encouraging proactive communication and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement processes to improve response times and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and service metrics.
- Track client engagement and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance client experiences.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage client contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Leadership and team management.
- Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: From ﷼6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
