Position Overview:
FMT Logistics Services is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Relations Management Team Lead to oversee and enhance customer service operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team focused on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1.**Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance.

• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet departmental goals.

• Foster a client-focused culture within the team by encouraging proactive communication and collaboration.

2.**Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

• Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

3.**Operational Excellence:

• Develop and implement processes to improve response times and service quality.

• Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

4.**Reporting and Insights:

• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and service metrics.

• Track client engagement and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance client experiences.

5.**Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of customer service.

• Manage client contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry dynamics.

• Proven ability to manage and resolve client concerns effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
