Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Spa Manager to join our team. As Spa Manager, you will be mainly responsible for finance daily activities and reporting to headquarters Finance Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

What do you bring to your trip

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role within the wellness and hospitality industry.
• A deep understanding of spa and wellness operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of wellness trends, beauty treatments, and traditional therapies.
• Exceptional organizational and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive sales.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to inspire your team and create memorable guest experiences.
• A passion for sustainability and a genuine appreciation for natural and holistic wellness practices.
