Role Description:
Accountable for the strategy and delivery of an Architecture & Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of internal and scale partner resources responsible for deployment of patches and other security controls to endpoints (Unix and Windows)
- Product owner for the LSEG patching capability
- Drive self-service adoption by service owners for patching
- Responsible for patching I&C owned servers
- Develop capability to drive vulnerability remediation best practice
- Integration of existing tooling used for vulnerability management
- Ensure endpoints are patched within cycle and adhere to policy
- Co-ordinate with Info Sec and other stakeholder teams
- Expand existing capability from only operating system patching
- Develop the automation & deployment development capability of the team
- Support Platforms Director with Support process improvement.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:
This is a People Manager role.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline
- Manage team of internal and scale partner resources
- Develop team skills and capabilities
- Manage team performance reviews
