Your tasks
- Supports research studies, market studies and analyses regarding the gas and power markets in Romania and its neighboring countries
- Identify, evaluate and monitor business development opportunities for Gas & Power Division
- Monitors, supports and reports on implementation of Gas & Power Division strategy and status reporting; maintain strategy KPI database: operational and financial; actively participates in strategy project developments, including project management
- Organize and maintain KPI’s database: operational/ technical, commercial, macro, financial etc supporting the divisional activities
- Monitor, estimate, identify trends and changes in the markets or the structure of the markets and makes highly accurate forecasts regarding the gas and power markets in Romania
- Supports organizing the required steps and info for the Planning Assumptions process base for the annual MTP medium-term planning exercise within OMV Group
- Facilitates cooperation and communication amongst Gas & Power business units to facilitate information flow; facilitate communication across different Group stakeholders
- Helps planning and implementation of actions to improve visibility of Gas & Power Division via updating the information channels, both internal and external, as well as the content for various articles, internal and external publications regarding the activities of the division
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree: Business/Economics/Management
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years & international experience; >8 years experience in energy field, a focus on gas and/or power markets being a plus
- A professional lead with large knowledge across own discipline
- Analytical thinking, creativity, openness towards innovative approaches
- Strategic thinking ability, pro-active attitude and initiative
- Proven ability to manage diverse efforts’ synergies through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Experienced in navigating ambiguity and change
- Fluent in English and Romanian
