YOUR ROLE

• As an SAP Success Factors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Success Factors modules to meet the business needs of our clients.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful deployment and utilization of the SAP Success Factors suite.
• The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong technical skills, and effective communication to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, HR processes, and strategic goals.
• Provide expert advice on how SAP Success Factors can best meet client needs and objectives.
• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Success Factors modules, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Configure and customize SAP Success Factors modules based on client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and client administrators on SAP Success Factors functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
• Document best practices and lessons learned for future reference.

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in SAP Success Factors implementation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP Success Factors certifications are highly desirable.
• Travel availability.
• Fluency in English is required.
