Short Description

Your role:

• Work closely with business, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives;
• Support setting the program and project governance (set up communication rules, planning and monitoring standards across projects);
• Define program objectives and assures they are clearly communicated and implemented at projects level;
• Monitoring and reporting theat program status to management level (status reports, identification of risks, dependencies and constraints across projects);
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and assure scope is clearly defined and is not overlapping between project;
• Prioritize certain activities between projects if the case and support in aligning timelines / milestones;
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field;
• Five or more years of experience in in program and/ or project governance;
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization;
• Experience in managing stakeholders ;
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
• Good command of English language;
• Previous experience in merger&acquisition projects.
