Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planner in organizing and optimizing fleet travel schedules.
• Identify and acquire new clients to maximize backhaul opportunities, with a focus on Romania and Europe.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to manage deals and expand the client portfolio.
• Contribute to improving route efficiency and increasing payload optimization.
• Leverage industry-specific software to analyze and optimize trips.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the logistics or transportation sector (preferred).
• Proficiency in logistics software
• Fluency in Romanian and English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude.
• Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
