Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales in the assigned region.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with partner teams.
- Deliver product training and support to clients.
- Resolve disputes effectively and professionally.
- Monitor product placement and enhance brand representation with existing partners.
- Plan sales strategies and forecasts.
- Provide regular reporting, analytics, and presentations.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a field manager or sales representative in non-food sectors (e.g., building materials, plumbing, household appliances).
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on results.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50% of the time) across Romania.
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
Requirements:
- Personal passenger car available for business use.
- Comfortable with frequent travel.
