Network Engineer - Bucuresti (Hibrid)

- The Engineer is part of the Services organization, Tier 2 team.
- The focus of this position is to provide live technical assistance to customers. Primarily to Audio Codes SIP, Data Networking and Voice-over-IP (VOIP) gateways, IP Phones.
- The position involves the following responsibilities:
- Work with Audio Codes customers and partners for all Audio Codes products.
- Remote online sessions
- Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction
- Performing various configuration changes as per existing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree Engineering or University Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (highly recommended but not mandatory)
- Min. 1 year experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- The Engineer must be an experience working in customer's environment to collect information, perform configuration changes, apply software fixes and similar activities.
- The Engineer must understand the complexities of the products and environments being deployed. There must be a demonstrated ability to work with other people as a member of a team.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with Telecommunications equipment (e.g., Voice and UC technologies, Data networking equipment, PSTN protocols, VOIP protocols, TCP/IP, MS Servers infrastructure, Cloud etc.)
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Working with Microsoft Unified Communications solutions (TEAMS)
- SBC experience, Working with Sonus Networks, Acme Packets, Audio Codes, Avaya, Cisco, Patton, Sangoma technologies or solutions.
- Data Networking and Telephony In-depth experience
- Working in an OEM/Vendor or Service Provider, dealing with Telephony, ACD, PBX, Voice Communication systems or solutions
