Marketing Operations Specialist - Logicom Distribution - Bucharest, Romania - 1-3 years experience

The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the Marketing Team in executing the overall marketing strategy. The Marketing Operations Specialist with maintain an updated marketing database, providing administrative support, and assisting with marketing events. Additionally, the Marketing Operations Specialist will prepare and edit various marketing documents and oversee the design and graphics of promotional materials.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the marketing manager and internal Team on marketing plan implementation.
- Learning and working with various types of platforms for digital marketing, email marketing, e Commerce.
- Gathering data on marketing campaigns success based on different sales reports.
- Maintaining marketing database updated.
- Providing administrative support to marketing team.
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ business or related field.
- Sales/ Marketing assistant experience (1-2 years)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Photoshop/ Illustrator is a requirement.
- Good organization skills.
- Attention to detail.
