As an IT Security Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the protection of our systems and data and those of our customers. You will work alongside a talented team to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Driving internal IT security projects to help change for the future;
• Development of security policies and procedures for the organization;
• Conducting security analysis and audits.
• Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.

• Providing customized consulting and solutions to clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Monitor national and European regulations and identify impact on our business;
• Lead certification and re-certification initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT, Engineering, Cbersecurity or other related fields;
• Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years), in a reputable international consulting company or relevant professional experience within a Financial Services company;
• Deep experience in developing plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
