Internship in Logistics Department

• Data collection and accuracy check for the EUDR registration of the Due diligence, using (not only) the DDS tool;
• Filling in the information in the European platform or in the Tool Interface;
• Retrieve the Due Diligence (DDS) references (Identifier, reference Number, Verification Number, Status) and record and archive the information;
• Communication/Transmission of the DDS references to the stakeholder;
• Updating the information in the EU platform/Tool if needed;
• Process monitoring at transport level and taking actions if needed;
• Compliance with organizational and operational rules set by the department and to the Group Policy.
