Your Role as Executive Chef
As the Executive Chef, you will be the heartbeat of our culinary operations, responsible for:
Designing and executing innovative menus that honor both local flavors and global trends.
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented culinary team to achieve excellence.
Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish.
Collaborating with our events and F&B teams to craft memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Managing kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hospitality setting (minimum 5 years)
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and development.
A creative flair and passion for culinary artistry.
Expertise in local and international cuisine, with a strong understanding of ingredient sourcing and sustainability.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
