What you will do
Leader for product performance and client satisfaction and responsible for:
- Cost optimization/project value - coordinate and arbitrate mechanical and non-mechanical metiers to achieve QCDP targets;

• Synergy development with partners and new clients;
• Optimization of team efficacy and functionality from his perimeter;

- Maintain a good balance of charge/resource - creating a long term team performance based on team motivation and company requests - align(leader), develop(coach), and guide(visionary) the team members for a good proactive and innovative attitude;

• KPI and quality performance terms ;

Activity perimeter: Horse Romania for world wide applications.

• complete DCT gearbox;
• project development from amont to start of production;
• meeting to arbitrate, follow and present project topics and hard points, RAP, HIPC, etc.

What we are looking for
Competences:

• technical knowledge of GMP conception and tuning;
• product and process knowledge;
• product knowledge of vehicle functionality and exploitation;
• syntheses capacity, team work and transverse management;
• multi-metiers and multi-site management, efficacy leadership, active negotiate.

Personal aptitudes: - good communication, project management, good capacity of analyse and syntheses, client orientation, resistance to external stress
