Technical Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
- Oversee project development from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct quantity surveying, ensuring effective resource allocation and control.
- Utilize software such as Plan Swift for project estimation and takeoff.
- Occasionally visit project sites to monitor progress, quality, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, permits, and correspondence, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in handling large-scale projects.
- UPDA certification is required.
- Experience with quantity surveying and cost estimation is required.
- Proficiency in Plan Swift and Auto CAD.
- Native proficiency in Arabic language is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Civil Engineering: 5 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- UPDA/MMUP (Required)
- Qatar Driving License (Required)
