Job Title: Steel Fabricator
Location: Qatar
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalworking, with a focus on the fabrication and assembly of steel structures and components. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting and shaping metal, and assembling steel structures to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel and other metals to precise specifications using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Operate machinery such as shears, press brakes, and plasma cutters.
• Assemble and weld metal parts and subassemblies using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Inspect and test completed products for structural integrity and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Steel Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick welding).
• Familiarity with metalworking machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Good physical condition and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• [5] years of experience in steel fabrication or a related field.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with the possibility of overtime.
• Work environment includes exposure to noise, dust, and welding fumes.

Pay: QAR1,400.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
