Job Description
Responsible for monitoring and processing of grocery orders, including the coordination of the deliveries with the Logistics riders and initiating a refund for any returns of purchased goods.
What’s On Your Plate?

• Accurately select groceries ordered online by customers, ensuring the highest quality products
• Recommend substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable
• Select, scan, and pack products carefully and coordinate the delivery with the rider.
• Monitor fail rate and attend customer complaints
• Process refund requests
• Coordinate all the operations issue to the Team Lead vendor promptly
• Ensure on time completion of orders
