Prepare the BOQ , tender documents, and cost estimates.
Managing the project budgets including forecasting and monitoring costs.
Keep the record of contracts and agreements. Maintain the legal documents of the clients.
Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
Able to work well within a team-based environment.
Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors about payment and issue a payment certificate.
Good command of written and spoken English
Experience with Autocad software
‘Can do’ attitude to work.
Available in Qatar and Ready to join immediately with QID and NOC
