Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Math Teacher to join our vibrant teaching team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the IB curriculum and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB DP curriculum and standards.
• Foster an inquiry-based learning approach that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and self-reflection.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school administration.
• Support students' social and emotional well-being, promoting a positive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary units, share resources, and participate in school activities and events.
• Stay current with developments in IB teaching practices, attending professional development sessions as needed.

Work Experience & Educational Qualifications :

• 03 Years Full-Time bachelor’s degree in education-related field or relevant subject matter area. Masters in relevant subject area is preferred.
• 05 years of full-time teaching experience including 03 Years of IB DP Experience at the relevant grade level and/or in the relevant subject area preferred.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Teaching License or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Post Graduate qualification in an education related field desirable.
• International Baccalaureate experience an advantage as applicable.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, Arabic proficiency an advantage.
• Proficiency in Computer literacy (word-processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and familiarity with curriculum management and learning management applications.
