Membership Coordinator

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for driving membership initiatives that enhance member engagement, retention, and acquisition. This role involves coordinating projects, managing events, analyzing member data, and ensuring the successful execution of membership programs and that milestones are met on time.
The Membership Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, visitor services, and events, to deliver seamless membership experience.
The Membership Coordinator role requires a lot of problem-solving and multitasking skills, as they coordinate multiple aspects of various projects in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, communicating issues and risks and coming up with solutions.
Role responsibilities will include Project Management and Coordination, Membership Engagement & Retention, Event Management, Data Management & Reporting, Marketing & Communication Coordination, and other administrative duties.
Role requirements: Fluent English (Arabic proficiency a bonus), 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, membership, or event management; museum or non-profit experience is a plus, strong PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Proficiency in CRM and membership management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR10,150.00 per month
