KPI & BI Team Associate (Sales Enablement)

We are Hiring KPI & BI Associate (Sales Enablement) for Our Qatar Operation

Key Responsibilities
· Identify the most relevant metrics for each business objective and align them with company strategy.
· Gather data from various sources (CRM, ERP, etc.) and prepare it for analysis
· Use BI tools to analyze trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
· Develop visually appealing dashboards to present key KPIs to stakeholders, allowing for easy monitoring and decision-making.
· Track Website traffic, lead generation, click-through rate, social media engagement
· Develop and deliver training programs for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing sales team members.
· Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
· Gather feedback from sales representatives and customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.
· Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices in sales enablement.
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing sales processes and workflows
Education-Degree or equivalent required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
