We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial operations and drive strategic financial planning and analysis. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Ensure reporting is done monthly timely and accurately
• Review actuals on a monthly basis
• Understand deviation vs expected actuals and provide meaningful insight to the management
• Ensure Qatar is applying all Group and Middle East Policies and Procedures and take initiative to develop when required
• Implement and maintain adequate internal control environment at all levels of the company
• Proactive on pricing initiative, cash collection and procurement initiatives – using all resources available
• In charge of the annual financial statement issuance - Liaise with local external auditors and group internal auditors and ensure timely implementation of relevant recommendations.
• Ensure effective tax compliance – liaise proactively with tax authorities and ensure compliance to local applicable law & regulations
• Ensure treasury is well managed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance in big organizations within a projects/technical environment
• CPA holder is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent English language skill. Arabic speaking candidates will be given priority
• Candidates currently based in Qatar will be given priority.
