• Monitor, analyze, control costs and allocate the cost for each project
• Conduct regular cost audits, inventory , stock analysis, and variance reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for inventory processes.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly cost reports for management.
• Prepare the Revenue Report

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an F&B Cost Controller, preferably in catering or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Qatar’s local market is plus.
