Experience Required: 1-2 years
This is a full-time on-site role as an Accounts & HR Manager for Flywell Tours & Holidays located in Doha, Qatar. The Accounts & HR Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Accounts & HR Manager will also oversee the company's human resources operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The role will also involve liaising with government bodies with respect to HR and financial matters.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of Qatari Labor Law and financial regulations.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. An HR-related qualification is a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
