What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Solve user issues on the platform with clear and effective guidance.
• Educate customers on platform features, helping them unlock their website's potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates to provide accurate and efficient support.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary Package:
• Base salary: €890 gross/month x 14 months (or €1,038 gross/month x 12 months).
• Project bonus: €90 gross/month.
• Meal allowance: €7.23 net/workday (~€145/month) via prepaid card.
• Transport allowance: €20/month.
• 15th extra salary: €890 gross after completing your first year!

What You Need to Succeed:

• Perfect level of French (C2-native) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people.
• Already living in Lisbon or willing to relocate (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit required).
