SAP Quantum Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SAP Quantum Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert-level support for SAP Quantum processes, focusing on end-to-end functional and technical activities within the Treasury domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP Quantum processes, including but not limited to deals, payments, bank statement integration, cash management, and risk management.
Key Responsabilities:
  • SAP Quantum Functional Processes:
  • Manage and support key processes in SAP Quantum, such as Deals, Payments, Bank Statement Integration, Account Reconciliation, Cash Management, and FX Processes.
  • Oversee Reporting, Analytics, and ensure proper management of Rates, Statistics, and Treasury Global processes, including Risk Management.
  • Support During Monthly Closure: Provide support throughout the monthly closure process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Customization and Master Data: Handle customizing, master data setup, and report/queries configuration within SAP Quantum.
  • Quantum Interfaces: Manage and support the integration of third-party interfaces such as Reuters, Bloomberg, 360T, Finastra for importing rates and deals.
  • Exchange Rate Integration: Manage Exchange Rate Integration (FIXING) in Quantum and SAP SFTP, utilizing tools like File Zilla and script languages to automate the process.
  • Payment File Formats: Expertise in payment file formats, particularly MT101, to ensure proper format configuration and processing.
  • Job and Report Management: Oversee Citrix AG Scheduler jobs, including the setup and monitoring of Crystal Reports and Analytics Jobs.
  • System Updates and Routine Tests: Coordinate and implement necessary FIS updates, including SSO, Certificates, and other routine testing and maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive SAP Quantum Knowledge: At least 10 years of experience with SAP Quantum and deep understanding of its functional processes in the treasury domain.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Quantum interfaces (Reuters, Bloomberg, 360T, Finastra) and Exchange Rates integration in SAP.
  • System Support and Monitoring: Strong experience with Citrix AG Scheduler, Crystal Reports, Analytics job setups, and payment file formats (MT101).
  • Tools & Languages: Proficiency in tools such as SFTP, File Zilla, and scripting languages for automation and system integrations.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Expertise in configuring reports, queries, and managing analytics processes.
  • Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Treasury Global Processes: Solid understanding of FX processes, cash management, and risk management within the SAP Quantum environment.
Work Mode:
  • Hybrid work arrangement, based in Lisbon or Oporto, Portugal.
