WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an intern, you will be mainly assisting the quality team with learning how to perform the following tasks:

• Input of all incoming quality requests coming from our clients and potential ones in our system. Analyze and reply within the agreed timeframe
• Draft sales documents
• Draft EU production internal documents
• Quality assistance in the preparation of internal and external audits
• Analyze product samples for quality, durability and safety
• Process sales documents requests from EU to BR
• Support in Organic and IFS Certification.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

• You are a student in food engineer, chemistry, biochemistry or any other related major.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent ability to prioritize and organize, self-motivation and independence.
• Flexibility, teamwork, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
  
• Your English level must be one of your strengths. Any other language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, etc.).

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

• Three short interviews take place. The first interview is with HR, the second interview takes place with a person from the relevant department, and the final interview is with the CEO of Amazonia Bio.

We are a Brazilian-Belgian start-up company specializing in healthy and organic products, harvested and produced in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage, and cosmetic industries around the globe.

REQUIREMENTS:
Please note that a formal internship convention is a fundamental requirement in order to be eligible for our internship program (Erasmus, or EU internship program)! Availability for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months (please mention possible starting-ending dates).
