- Location: Remote (Training and Nesting in Lisbon)
- Core Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (flexibility for shift timings)
- Meeting in Lisbon: Once a month
- Training: In Lisbon, with remote work after training
- Managing social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, and You Tube
- Communicating with players in German (native level) via written and verbal communication
- Providing support and creating content for players in their gaming environment
- Managing language-specific forums
- Native-level fluency in German (both written and spoken)
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for gaming and a great team spirit
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card
- Private Health Insurance from day one

- The required availability is Monday to Sunday, 00:00 - 24:00 (core working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00)
- Flexible shifts and partial work from home available in exceptional cases
