What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• Providing a reassuring, warm and customer-friendly service for its clients in Dutch
• Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability
• Seize the opportunity to "shine" with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer, with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by an expert and a brand advocate.

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• C2 or native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
• B2/C1 Level in English
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
