YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Generative AI Solution Architect at Capgemini, specializing in Enterprise Business Operations Solutions, your role involves leading a team that focuses on integrating generative AI technologies with enterprise systems to streamline business operations and drive innovation.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect end-to-end generative AI solutions tailored to enterprise business operations, considering scalability, security, and interoperability with existing systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective generative AI solutions that optimize operational processes.
• Business Operations Optimization: Utilize generative AI models to analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and optimize business processes in areas such as supply chain management, logistics, predictive maintenance, and dynamic pricing strategies.Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate routine tasks, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
• Enterprise Integration: Integrate generative AI solutions with enterprise systems, such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, and data warehouses, to enable seamless data flow and enhance overall business efficiency. Ensure that generative AI solutions align with existing IT infrastructure and meet enterprise-level security and compliance standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful implementation of generative AI solutions in enterprise business operations. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Project Management and Leadership: Lead AI projects focused on enterprise business operations, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Provide thought leadership on generative AI technologies, mentor team members, and drive innovation within the organization to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 10+ years of experience in the field of AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions for enterprise business operations.
• MSc in Data Science and System Engineering
• Certifications in Solution and Enterprise Architecture
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI projects that optimize business processes, drive operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Certifications in solutions architecture from the main hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft). TOGAF, Archimate, UML.

TOP SKILLS

• Design and Integrate Entreprise and Custom Solutions: Extensive experience as a System Integrator in Business Support Systems and/or Operational Support Systems, capable of understanding complex ecosystems and design customs full stack solutions.
• Deep Learning Expertise: Extensive experience in deep learning techniques and frameworks, specializing in generative models for business operations optimization, such as GANs, VAEs, and deep reinforcement learning.
• Enterprise Business Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise business operations (CRM. ERP, EPM, HCM), including supply chain management, logistics, predictive maintenance, pricing strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Solution Architecture: Proficiency in designing end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise business operations, considering scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Enterprise Integration: Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, aligning with IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with enterprise-level security and governance standards.
• Project Management: Proven project management skills, including overseeing AI projects, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery.
