Staff Software Engineer / Application Architect - Poland

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within Poland - Our Poland office is located in Krakow (Employment Contract or B2B Contract - you decide)
Finalsite is a global company and to enable strong collaboration, we have established common core working hours. Candidates should be comfortable working from 11:00-20:00 CEST, with core working hours being 16:00-19:00 CEST
RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Team Leadership: Drive alignment and collaboration across different engineering teams and geographical locations. Influence project direction and ensure synchronization of efforts towards common goals.
- Technical Mastery: Utilize your extensive knowledge in React.js, Node.js and Front-End Full-Stack development to lead by example. Innovate and implement advanced solutions in specialized areas of our technology stack. Hands-on experience in cloud computing (preferred experience in GCP) and Kubernetes (services like EKS, GKS).Having knowledge about Dev Ops, Ia C and Security concepts will be an added advantage.
- Project Delivery: Commit to and consistently deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Ensure timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Influential Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers across teams to align all to deliver the business goals as per effective architecture and the right technical solution.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative approaches. Leverage strong problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve issues effectively.

Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills.
Requirements:- Strong tech. proficiency, architecture, and technology leadership skills are highly desirable (must have React.js and Python experience)
- Proven ability to influence and drive projects across different teams and locations.
- Demonstrated experience as a strong individual contributor with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellence in leading technical discussions and decision-making processes.
- Hands-on experience in handling cloud computing (ideal GCP, nice to have AWS).
- Hands-on experience in serverless architectures.
- Good understanding of Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops tools and concepts.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
