The Staff Project Manager - Data and Analytics for Cytiva is responsible for translation of Business needs into requirements for Cytiva key initiatives. This position is part of the Data and Analytics Team located in Poland. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Cooperate with multiple stakeholders for multiple Business Functions
  
• Gather Business needs and translate into requirements that developer can take to work with
  
• Find gaps in requirements and clarification of business logic
  
• Manage backlog and multiple projects making sure that those are delivered on time and within the budget
  
• Acting as a point of contact for incident escalation
  
• Resolving day to day impediments
  

Who you are:

• Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
  
• Fast Learner with demonstrated aptitude for change and continuous improvement
  
• Project Manger with 2-4 years of proven, end to end project management experience
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• You have 3-5 years in of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse area
  
• Proficient with SQL
  

Travel:

• Ability to travel – occasional travel in Europe and United States area
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with Qlik Sense and Power BI is a plus

or other location in Poland (remote)
