We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Saab’s marketing and communication activities in Poland. Your Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns tailored to the Polish market. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing communication plans in coordination with the Country Manager Poland, the Head of EU & NATO Marketing and the full communication team at Saab.
Creating and delivering impactful content for internal and external audiences.
Preparation and execution of specific communication plans and campaigns on all media levels and platforms.
Strengthening media relations and ensuring visibility at local events and exhibitions.
Managing digital channels, including creating landing pages and tracking online metrics.
Planning and executing local events with budget responsibility.

You will report to the Country Manager Poland and with a dotted line reporting to the Head of EU & NATO Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals from around the world, contributing to Saab's global success. The role is based in Poland, preferably Warsaw, and involves travel within Europe.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in showcasing our cutting-edge technology and solutions to the Polish market. We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive workplace where you can grow both personally and professionally.
Your Profile
You bring at least five years of experience in communication, PR, or marketing, combined with a degree in communication, media, or a related field—or equivalent experience. You are skilled at creating compelling stories, managing digital platforms, and producing visually engaging content.

Pragmatic, target-driven, solution-oriented, well-structured and service-oriented mindset and acting person with excellent communication skills.
Clear understanding of journalistic processes.
Have strong copy-writing ability and be able to deploy this to support the marketing activities.
Possess a positive and outgoing personality with a strong business acumen and high personal integrity in business ethics.
Strong social and political regional awareness in Poland. Ability to adapt messages to recipients taking into account the political, geopolitical and cultural, project and product specifics.

Your ability to plan and execute projects efficiently, build relationships with stakeholders, and adapt messages to different audiences makes you a standout candidate.
Fluency in Polish and English is essential, and additional languages are a bonus.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working independently as well as in a team, and excel at adapting messages to suit different audiences and cultural contexts.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+
