Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a localised marketing strategy that aligns with Sky Showtime’s brand vision and business goals, driving market penetration and growth in Poland.
• Brand Management: Build and enhance Sky Showtime’s brand presence in Poland, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong value proposition across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and partnerships, ensuring maximum reach and ROI.
• Team Leadership: Manage and foster a collaborative environment to drive creativity and performance. Work closely with internal teams (Content, Editorial, Product, Social, Partnerships, and PR) and external partners (media and creative agencies) to ensure alignment on goals and successful campaign execution.
• Market Research & Consumer Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt campaigns to changing market conditions.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for Poland, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact and results.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and key marketing metrics, providing regular reports to regional and global leadership and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Marketing experience within a leadership role and a high-growth media/entertainment, streaming, or digital platform company. Proven success in managing international marketing campaigns in Poland.
• In-depth knowledge of the Polish media, entertainment, and digital landscape. Familiarity with consumer behaviour, local trends, and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organisation.
• Data-driven with a strong grasp of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative, engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, programmatic, influencers, and content marketing.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
